The Enterprise Support Services (Help Desk) team provides support and responds to the technology needs of the Bowie State University faculty, staff and student end user. The Help Desk team maintains computing standards and approves procurement requests for desktop, laptop and printing technologies. The team provides technical support of the computer environment across the institution.
Through the Help Desk, Enterprise Support Services receives calls from faculty, staff, and students and filters those calls to the responsible division. All calls are prioritized using our issue ticketing system; therefore, the duration of your wait time will depend on how critical your issue is and the order in which your call was received.
The Help Desk Office is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
The Support Services team manages four open labs located on the first floor of the Thurgood Marshall Library.
