The Office of Faculty Development

The Office of Faculty Development

The Office of Faculty Development serves the various RFU faculties by offering guidance, coordination, and collaboration with all sectors of the University that provide faculty development programs, activities, and resources. In order to serve on-campus, clinical, and distance/online faculties the Office of Faculty Development works with the following: Office of Online Learning & Instructional Design, Chicago Medical School’s Office of Academic Learning Environment, Office of Diversity and Inclusion, and DeWitt C. Baldwin Institute for Interprofessional Education. Through the Faculty Development Advisory Council stakeholders from these areas of the university, from 4 colleges, the Boxer Library, Office of Diversity and Inclusion, and Online Learning and Instructional Design meet regularly to provide leadership, guidance, and discernment for ongoing and future faculty development programming and resources.
