GOALS:
- Create a diverse and equitable learning environment that fosters individualized progressive development of Under-represented in Medicine (UiM) students
- Promote a healthy and vigorous learning environment by supporting, recognizing, and developing the medical school’s faculty and staff
- Foster professionalism and professional behaviors by addressing equity, wellness, and interprofessionalism within the health care community
