Design individualized patient education materials that can be loaded onto a smartphone, tablet or laptop computer-- Healthcare provider(s) would select material and reinforcement tools individually for their patient to optimize both acute and chronic disease management. I hope to recruit students from CMS and College of Pharmacy. The DePaul Computer Science Department will also be involved. I believe graduate Nursing and Psychology would round out this perfect interprofessional, patient-centered team.
