Sean P. Kane, PharmD

Sean P. Kane, PharmD, BCPS

Dr. Kane is a Critical Care Pharmacist at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, Illinois and an Assistant Professor at RFUMS.  He graduated from Butler University in 2010 and completed a PGY1/PGY2 residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Read Dr. Kane's full bio.
Khyati Patel, PharmD

Khyati S. Patel, PharmD, bcps

Dr. Patel is an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist at Aurora Medical Center in Aurora, Wisconsin and an Assistant Professor at RFUMS.  She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2011 and completed a PGY1 residency at the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital in Hines, IL. Read Dr. Patel's full bio.
