Jennifer Elyse Greenwood, CRNA, PhD

Assistant Professor

Dr. Greenwood is an Associate Professor in the College of Health Professions, Department of Nurse Anesthesia. Within the department she serves as the Coordinator for Doctoral Research and Scholarship, and she is the course director for the translational research series and all of the doctoral project planning and implementation courses. As the Director for the RFUMS Center for Interprofessional Evidence Based Practice, she has facilitated the growth of implementation science using the Joanna Briggs (JBI) model. Her research interests include scope of practice among advanced practice providers, substance use disorder among clinicians, and simulation validation for structured assessment. With over 15 years of experience as a CRNA, she continues her clinical practice at several facilities in IL, WI, and CO.
