Josef Blankstein, MD
Dr. Josef Blankstein received his medical degree from Tel Aviv University Sackler School of Medicine in 1970. He completed an internship at the Chaim Sheba Medical Centre in Israel, a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Manitoba Health Sciences Centre, and a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and in-vitro fertilization (IVF) at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
Dr. Blankstein is certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. His subspecialties include reproductive endocrinology and infertility. He has over 45 years of experience in his field.
Dr. Blankstein is an attending physician at Chicago-IVF, one of the largest fertility centers in the Midwest. He is also the program director of the OB/GYN department and Designated Institutional Official at Mount Sinai Medical Center. He is a member of the American Fertility Society, he is a founding member of the International Society of Gynecological Endocrinology, and he has over 100 scientific publications
