Mark Conneely, MD
Dr. Mark Conneely received his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Rockford in 1999. He completed a radiology residency and an MRI fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center.
Dr. Conneely is certified in diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology. His specialties include magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
He is currently affiliated with the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center.
