Experiencing RFU

Open houses are hosted in the fall and spring. Attending an open house is a great opportunity to interact with faculty and students from your program of interest, and speak with our knowledgeable admissions staff to learn more about the application process.

Information sessions are held every other Thursday from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm and includes an admissions and university overview.

Getting to RFU is easy. Located in Lake County, we’re situated 36 miles north of the city of Chicago and 56 miles south of Milwaukee. If you’re not traveling by car, we’re just 28 miles from O’Hare International Airport. We can also be reached via the Metra Union Pacific North Line from Ogilvie Transportation Center in downtown Chicago.

Local accommodations: A range of hotels, as well as restaurants and other attractions, are available near our campus.
